Mojikit Lake covers 15,000 acres and is well over 10 miles in length with roughly 200 miles of shoreline. From this body of water, you also have access to the Ogoki Reservoir through a navigable channel connecting these two arctic watershed lakes. Combined, these bodies of water cover 50,000 acres.
The camp is in a unique harbor like bay at the south end of the lake. At this location we have a modern 2 bedroom cabin featuring electric lights, full size electric refrigerator, full size electric freezer, electric receptacles in all rooms, hot & cold running water, shower, gas range, all furnishings, electric toaster, automatic drip coffee maker, all cooking and eating dishes, pots, pan, etc., propane barbeque, fish cooker and wood stove for heat. For communications, this camp is equipped with a two way radio.
This camp also features a new fish cleaning house and new 10 kw solar system to supply electricity to the cabin. This system was installed during the COVID years when we had no guests and had lots of time on our hands. You will not find better walleye and northern pike fishing anywhere. Both can be caught anywhere on the lake in great numbers or for those that do not want to venture too far from the camp, there are fish to be caught off the dock or around the islands in front of the camp. This camp is suitable for groups of 4 to 9 for 5 or 7 days.
