Attwood Lake is a larger irregular shaped body of water on the Attwood River system covering 9,200 acres and is approximately 12 miles in length with over 50 miles of shoreline. This lake offers exceptional fishing for larger walleye and northern pike as well as lake trout in the Spring and Fall. Very good brook trout fishing is available in the Attwood and Weese Rivers flowing into the lake. We have the only two cabins on this large lake. Both are two bedroom frame cabins approximately eight miles apart. Attwood Central is available for groups of 2 to 6 and the Attwood West camp is available for groups of 4 to 10.
Hurst Lake is another of our most northerly single cabin private lakes located on the Attwood River system. Hurst Lake covers 3,200 acres and is fed by the Attwood River flowing in a short distance north of the camp and the Witchwood River flowing in just a short distance south of the camp. This lake offers exceptional catches of above average sized walleye and northern pike. Some lake trout are also caught in the Spring and Fall. Brook trout fishing is available in the Attwood River where it exits at the east end of the lake. This camp has a two bedroom cabin and is available for groups of 4 to 8.
Weese Lake feeds into the Attwood River system and covers almost 3900 acres with over 30 miles of shoreline to explore. Weese Lake is the largest of our six most northerly single cabin lakes. From this lake you also have access to trout fishing in the Weese River.
Weese Lake boasts large
catches of walleye averaging 2½ to 3 lbs. and plentiful catches of large northern pike. Brook trout fishing (catch & release only) is available on the Weese River.
At this camp we have a large modern 2 bedroom cabin with a large deck.
This cabin is suitable for groups of 6 to 10 for 7 day trips (Sunday to Sunday).
