Pringle Lake

Pringle Lake is another of our most northerly single cabin private lakes. It is located on a point of land and offers commanding views of the lake from three sides. This 2,000 acre lake is best known for its abundance of walleye averaging better than 3 pounds and good numbers of larger northern pike. Walleye are so plentiful you can usually catch all you want off the end of the dock. Pringle Lake is not on a river system and is predominately spring fed with lightly tea stained water. This camp has a two bedroom frame cabin available for groups of 4 to 8.

Guerin Lake

Guerin Lake is another one of our single cabin private lakes on the Attwood River system. This 1,250 acre lake produces great catches of walleye and northern pike. For those that enjoy walleye fishing in fast water, the Attwood River flows out of the lake right beside the camp where there are numerous sets of fishable rapids. There is also brook trout fishing down stream on the river. We have two portage lakes, Austen Lake and Yolanda Lake, which offer more walleye and northern fishing. Both portage lakes are accessible over a trail where you will find an additional boat and motor. This camp features a large two bedroom frame cabin available for groups of 2 to 8.
Ontario Fishing Vacation on Vick Lake

Mattice Lake Outfitters | Vick Lake

Vick Lake is one of the newest single cabin private lakes that offers exceptional walleye and northern pike fishing from both the main lake and the portage lake (Parkhill). Parkhill Lake can be accessed by a short portage where we have a boat and motor cached for additional fishing.

Vick Lake offers great catches of walleye and northern pike fishing, however it is best known for its very plentiful northern pike. With walleye averaging 2½ to 3 lbs. and northern pike ranging from 5 to 25 lbs. This is a "Catch & Consume" lake where you can eat all you want during your stay, however no fish are to be brought out.

At Vick Lake we have a new 2 bedroom cabin.

Our guests say...

"Don, We have been coming to your outfitting service since 2000 or 2001. After we picked your service and made our reservations we all had ideas as to what we wanted ( hoped for ) from you and the fishing trip. You exceeded all of our expectations. Your hospitality is top notch. I don't know if you remember our first trip or not. While at camp our truck developed a flat tire. Jason had it fixed and ready to go when we got back. As if the experience is not enough to bring us back the extra mile you went was the clincher. The planes are clean and the pilots experienced. The boats are nice size and the motors well maintained. The cabin was perfect and situated in such a place the sunsets were magnificent. But the fishing was out of sight! I've watched my son catch northern top water on a beautiful sunny afternoon. We watched an eagle dive for fish the same day. An awesome sight! We have also see moose, beavers and otters. Can't wait till August. See you then.
