Kag Lake is a large body of water covering 20,000 acres with depths of over 100 feet. This lake offers spectacular catches of walleye averaging 3 to 4 pounds, northern pike over 20 pounds and lake trout up to 20 pounds or more. You can anticipate catches of trophy sized brook trout while fishing from the bank of the Opichuan River which flows out of Kag Lake only a few miles from camp. This camp boasts a modern two bedroom cabin available for groups of 4 to 8.
Whiteclay Lake is a larger body of water on the Ogoki River system, covering 13,000 acres and located in Wabakimi Wilderness Park. This lake produces fantastic walleye and northern pike fishing as well as lake trout in the Spring and Fall when they are feeding in shallow water. Whiteclay Lake has a vigorous contour with shallow weedy bays, deep rock crevices and beautiful sand beaches. At this camp we have two older frame cabins that are available for groups of 2 to 10.
